Print on demand business is a set up where you upload your designs on a platform and then platform print outs those designs on various products. So, you only have to work on designs and remaining part of business is done by the platform.

2. Initially you can create your account even without making any entry for payment detaols. When you start making sells, you can update your paymemt details.

I would suggest you to set up your account in these two platforms:
1. Payoneer
2. Paypal
These two will give you access to 99.99% of any online business happening in any part of the world.
What to do after account set up at Red Bubble:
1. Start creating your designs and start uploading on RB
2. For creating designs, utilitize canva software. It is very easy to use. Watch some youtube tutorials to learn how canva works
